Always lovely food but never very busy. Lots of tables were full of dirty plates from previous customers yet it wasn’t busy so why isn’t it cleared away. Two of our plates were taken away when finished but the other one left. Staff are lovely and friendly and do their best.
I had a fantastic experience, and a big part of that was the incredibly friendly staff Snehal and Ishita. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with a warm smile and were eager to help us navigate the menu. Their genuine enthusiasm and attentiveness made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear they care about both the desserts and the customer experience. Highly recommend this place for both the delicious treats and the wonderful service!

Today, we visited Creams Cafe and billed more than 100pounds had an amazing time! We indulged in their waffles, which were perfectly fluffy and topped with delicious treats. The cookie dough was a standout—so rich and satisfying! To top it all off, we enjoyed their thick shakes, which were creamy and indulgent. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return for more sweet delights!
Today, I pop up with a visit to the Cremas Cafe in Rickmansworth. Only what I can say ... from now on, I loved that place. Food is marvellous nice fresh and tasty prices are good service was perfect friendly from first step you have feeling like you are in your favourite local snack cafe with best friends in. Inside looks nice and what important clean even wit one person behind till and a bit busy time of a day everything was nice and clean. I definitely recommend visiting.
I had a great experience at Creams Cafe, thanks to Ami and Sherlin. Ami was friendly and attentive, taking my order with care and offering excellent recommendations. Sherlin prepared my dessert perfectly, with beautiful presentation and quick service. Both of them made me feel welcome and ensured I had an enjoyable visit. I'll definitely be back!
